Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the same e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to verification requirements and applicable processing times. jlsss does not accept cash, bank transfers, or any payment method other than the supported local e-wallets listed on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment account you use belongs to you; third-party payment arrangements are not permitted. Any fees charged by your e-wallet provider in connection with transactions are your own responsibility.
Users of the jlsss platform are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users. Game results are final once confirmed by the system, and jlsss does not have the ability to alter or reverse individual game outcomes after they have been settled. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before you play, including applicable return-to-player rates, minimum and maximum bet limits, and any special game mechanics. jlsss reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error has materially affected the outcome, and in such cases any affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the platform's operational policies. jlsss will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action on your account wherever it is practicable to do so.
The jlsss platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and while we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times. jlsss shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, or other damages arising from platform downtime, payment processing delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the user's end. Nothing in these terms limits jlsss's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Users are encouraged to play responsibly and within their means, and jlsss accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
